Current Projects

Infocus Food Safety regularly undertakes food safety projects with new and existing clients. These projects are generally initiated by food service businesses wanting to take a proactive approach to food safety management and ensure all their food-related risks are effectively managed. Infocus food safety projects aim to achieve corporate consistency for clients and a positive food safety culture within and across their organisations. Infocus works closely with clients to ensure that implementing new Food Safety or HACCP Programs does not become a barrier to foodservice innovation, but rather improves quality and the dining experiences of customers, patients or residents.
