Mushroom Exchange, a Costa group company, is conducting a recall of the above product. The recalled product has been available in Coles, Woolworths, ALDI and independent supermarkets and greengrocers in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania & ACT.

Problem: The recall is due to the potential presence of large pieces of white plastic in punnets stamped with Best Before or Use By dates up to and including 19/07/2018.

Hazard: There is a potential hazard if plastic pieces are swallowed.

Action Required: Consumers should return this product to the store of purchase for a full refund.
