Allergen Awareness Training

Our Allergen Awareness course is  aimed at reinforcing the skills and knowledge that is required to  effectively manage allergens in a food premises.

Our course covers:

• Food Allergies, Intolerances and Coeliac Disease
• Identifying and controlling Allergen Hazards in a food premises
• The Major Allergens
• Preventing Allergen Cross Contamination
• Legal Requirements, Labels and Declarations
• Accurately responding to customers

The  assessment consists of 4 quizzes within the online learning  environment.  No external assessment is required.  Upo successful  completion, a Certificate of Participation will be awarded.
